A New Approach to Power Distribution by a Dual-Gate MOSFET for Controlling a Smart Actuator Array

چکیده
Remotely driven smart actuator technology by microwave is attractive since it simplifies and reduces the complexity weight of remote system. A rectifying antenna (rectenna) array receives converts power into DC for actuators, collected from rectenna should be accurately allocated distributed to each actuator. In this research, a new distribution (PD) logic circuit studied control an effectively. The PD was designed tested validate it. preliminary design 4 × piezoelectric with 16 dual-gate MOSFET computer-controlled 16-channel DAC board. Additionally, compensation as remedial approach partial failure integrated. This scheme device thousands cables required connecting element. performance limitations are discussed.
